Klassieke 1-2-3 Shortbread koekjes! Één deel suiker, twee delen boter, drie delen bloem: zo makkelijk is het en zo enorm lekker.

Dit recept maakt ongeveer 20 shortbread koekjes in hartvorm.

Ingredienten:

  • 300g bloem
  • 200g boter
  • 100g suiker
  • 50g bakvaste sprinkles, ik heb Love Blend gebruiken + additionele decoratie.

Bereiding:

  1. Verwarm de oven voor op 170°C. Bedek een bakplaat met bakpapier.

Happy BAKD’ing!

Confetti Shortbread Cookies

Classic Confetti Shortbread Cookies

Classic 1-2-3 Shortbread Cookies! One part sugar, two parts butter, three parts flour: so easy and so delicious!

This recipe makes one about 20 shortbread cookie hearts, or cut the dough to whatever size and shape you like.

Ingredients:

  • 300g flour
  • 200g butter
  • 100g sugar
  • 50g baking sprinkles, I used Love Blend + additional for decoration.

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 170°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a non-stick silicone mat.
  2. Cream the butter and sugar till light and fluffy.
  3. Slowly mix in the flour and the sprinkles till the dough comes together. It will be crumbly but will still together when squeezed.
  4. Turn the dough out into a plastic bag and roll the dough until it is about 1 1/4 cm or 1/2 inch thick. Use cookie cutters to cut out fun shapes and place them on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges turn light brown in color.
  6. Remove the cookies from the oven, let them set on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a rack to cool.
  7. Enjoy a cookie now or decorate them with Royal Icing and sprinkles. So easy and delicious!
  8. Store baked cookies in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
